We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, unused equipment may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, within 5 business days from the date of receipt—no questions asked.

Please note that once the equipment has been used, the manufacturer’s warranty will take effect. Most controllers and pumps are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of two years from the date of purchase; however, warranty periods may vary depending on the manufacturer.
