Overview
Peristalstic technology metering pumps are the Pulsafeeder MEC-O-MATIC Dolphin Series peristaltic chemical metering pumps. Long-lasting design, engineering, and construction characterize the MEC-O-MATIC Dolphin Series chemical solution and slurry metering pumps. Rugged, chemical-resistant ABS is used to mold the pump casing. The option of wall mounted or flat surface installation is made possible by mounting pads and an integrated wall mounting bracket.
Drive Unit
The gear motor that is protected from heat or impedance is a quiet, stable, and safe device. Heavy-duty bearings support the output shaft, and all metal gearing components have undergone heat treatment.
Pump Controls
The pump is equiped with a ON/OFF rocker switch and cycle timer control dial. The control dial provides Variable Run Time Control: (1-100% ON-TIME of a repeating 10 minute cycle).
Materials of Construction
See Specifications tab. The compact, ABS injection-molded housing and pump head offer both affordability and chemical resistance. The feeder head is molded of UV and acid resistant polycarbonate and is designed to snap on and off without tools. All exposed fasteners are stainless steel. Peristaltic tubing is renewable by replacement.
