Overview
Peristalstic technology is used in the peristaltic chemical metering pumps of the Pulsafeeder MEC-O-MATIC Dolphin Series. The chemical solution and slurry metering pumps of the MEC-O-MATIC Dolphin Series are long-lasting due to their robust design and engineering. ABS is used to make the sturdy and chemical-resistant pump casing. Installing on a wall or a flat surface is an option thanks to mounting pads and an integrated wall mounting bracket.
Drive Unit
The gear motor that is protected from heat or impedance is a quiet, stable, and safe device. Heavy-duty bearings support the output shaft, and all metal gearing components have undergone heat treatment.
Pump Controls
The pump is equiped with a ON/OFF rocker switch and cycle timer control dial. The control dial provides Variable Run Time Control: (1-100% ON-TIME of a repeating 10 minute cycle).
Materials of Construction
See Specifications tab. The compact, ABS injection-molded housing and pump head offer both affordability and chemical resistance. The feeder head is molded of UV and acid resistant polycarbonate and is designed to snap on and off without tools. All exposed fasteners are stainless steel. Peristaltic tubing is renewable by replacement.
